Shipping Policy

Our current turn around time is between 5-7 days, not including weekends or holidays.  I work really hard on making sure that your order gets shipped out the next day.  However, that will depend on order volume at the time your order is placed.  Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.  Delivery estimations are generated through the carrier, not us.  Happy Hands Creations by Amanda is not responsible for shipping delays as that is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, your order will be refunded and a stocking fee of 10% will be charged.  So please make sure that your address is correct before placing an order.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
