Refund Policy applies to all Custom/Personalized orders. These orders cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is an issue with your product, please email me with your order number and pictures of the issue to happyhandscreationsbyamanda@gmail.com. Email is the best way to notify me of your concern. I will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of my ability but no exchange or return will be accepted. Thanks for your understanding.
